Diet Lipton Green Tea (with a splash of citrus) is a great way to mix up my water intake for the day. I generally drink at least 60 ounces of straight water per day & every once in a while, I need a change. To mix it up I will sometimes have a bottle of the Lipton Green Tea. They are found easily in any supermarket I've gone to - even the discount ones, and aren't too pricey. I've only bought it in the six pack or twelve pack, but I believe they come in larger bottles as well an all the bottles are recycleable. The taste is refreshing, not overwhelming, and it quenches my thirst. The diet version is sugar free, contains zero calories, & the sodium levels arent' too bad either with 75 mgs per serving. It also contains 72 mgs of antioxidants per serving, which seems to be a big concentration in the health world these days! All in all, I definately recommend this product and I enjoy it myself.
