This review is fairly neutral results for a diet pill taht I bought at Wal-mart called Lipozene.  I was really excited about it when I first bought it ( as with the start of any new diet), and at first it really seemed to work to control appetite and increase energy.  There was no real crash to the Lipozene, in the first two weeks I had lost almost six pounds.  However that was where the effectiveness ended.  I continued to take them for an additional month with no real results.  They are made by the Dietary Research Institute and claim to be clinically proven to help reduce weight, help reduce body fat and be safe and effective.  They are fairly inexpensive compared to most diet pills and you only take 2 capsules before each meal (3 times a day) with an 8oz glass of water.  The main ingredient in Lipozene is Amporphophallus Konjac (from konjac root) and the only real warning about taking it is to be sure to drink plenty of fluid or you could experience swelling of the esophagus which could cause choking.  I was somewhat dissappointed in the effectiveness of this product overall but to lose just a few pounds quickly it would be recommended.

I_thumb_down Lipozene Lipozene is not recommended by ocampo11377
