I thought this was a wonderful performance by Tom Cruise, Robert Redford, Meryl Streep, and all the cast.  It portrays some of the things that go on in the current war and wars in general that can be disturbing.  It brings home the fact that many of our young men and women, many still teens, are risking and giving their lives every day for us to enjoy living a "regular" life (for the moment).  Robert Redford did an excellent job in directing and acting.  I generally don't care for Tom Cruise, but his acting in this movie is superb.  I think anyone who wants to have a better understanding of how these wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are affecting the United States and the world should see this movie.
