Linksys Wireless-G Router With Power Boost (WRT54GS) —

After struggling for years with a D-Link and having intermittent breach issues because of the firewall I switched first to an earlier model Linksys but recently upgraded when I upgraded my PC. The setup for this one was nearly plug it in and turn the power on.

I did have security software issues (my software didn't like the new software installation - my fault, clicked the wrong version) which Linksys tech support helped resolve very quickly and in a very friendly manner - no tech talk - plain, simple instructions to get me up and running quickly.

I am not surprised you had problems with D-Link; they in a word suck. All of my wireless routers, switches and wireless access points are Linksys; they are the best.
