Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router 2.4 GHz Reviews

This router works great and is very convient for my use with my laptop.  I can take my laptop into the family room and read emails while watching TV.  I can Google people on the TV news to find out more about them.  I can go out on the patio with my laptop.

I live in Florida and have many friends and relative that come to visit.  They bring their laptops and the first thing they ask is do I have wireless.  As most of them are professional people or students they are able to read their email or connect with their offices.

This system has work great for all of them with their wireless laptops....

I replaced my old router with this one. So far, no problems with it. It has the ability to let us use laptop or the other computer in basement online along with the office computer. No problems, both of us can access our own emails, play games or whatever we want with no interuptions.

My old router would need a reset at least every couple months, have had this one for 5 months and no problems, Thank you for the quality.

I went with a less expensive Linksys Wireless-G 2.4GHz Router unit so that everyone in the household could acess the internet. We have three pc's and one laptop. It works fine with the pc's but not so well with the laptop. The adapter for the laptop has a hard time gaining acess to the signal. I have a three story house and the main unit is in the basement so this may have something to do with the signal. When the signal does come thru it is always low. I have to repeatedly disconnect and re connect the adapter. I have also had to re-install the software three times now on the laptop. The good...

I the Linksys Wireless-G Broadband router to help me hook my TiVo up to a wireless network. At first I was afraid that it would be difficult to hook up as I do not know how to hook things up to the computer unless they are color coded or the shape shows exactly where it goes, To me this seemed like it might have a little to much involved for me but boy was I wrong I was so easy. I had my Tivo up and running in no time. This is really the thing you want to use if your looking for something easy to hook up.

well it works well other than the the ports on the back ,my internet lines are always coming lose, the thing moves around inside. Im haveing to reset my connection several times a day. this is my second one and i had the same problem on the first one. Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router 2.4 GHz is woth the money they just need to update soon. They should also include better instructions a better user mannual. i would give it 6 out of 10 rateing

I've had this router for a while and it works great.  It's easy to set up and has a good wireless signal.  A router like this is also a firewall - so it's great way to keep your PC safe from viruses and hackers on the internet. 

The only problem I have is it that it occasionally stops working and I have to power cycle it.  Good value for the money.
