Linksys WRT54GS Wireless Router Review

I purchashed my Linksys WRT54GS Wireless Router when I moved to an area where I could not get Verizon as my internet provider.

Because I am not a techie, I found the Linksys WRT54GS Wireless Router hard to install. I made numberous calls to Linksys to try to hook it up. I was sent to their website, but I still could not do it. I FINALLY got it hooked up when my computer broke. I have not tried to hook the Linksys WRT54GS Wireless Router again.

I would rather get Verizon Internet service than try to hook it up again.

The person I talked to could not  understand a word I said and did not even try to help me.  I spent about an hour on the phone and got virtually no support. It was expensive to begin with. The numbers on the back of the device are very hard to read and the person I talked with was very impatient with me. He asked me questions over and over again and though I thought he understoo; he didn't.

it was a terrible experience and I never want to go through it again!

I would not recommend the Linksys WRT54GS Wireless Router to anyone who is not computer literate!
