I just upgraded our old Microsoft wireless router to the Linksys WRT160N Router. It seems to be working perfectly. The set up was a cinch and the range is much better. I was also able to very easily set up the security by myself which I could not do before.

Works great when it will stay working. Every 2 days I have to reset the router in order for it to work again. Very frustrating. Have called Linkys twice but cannot seem to get this problem resolved. If you're looking for a simple workhorse Wireless-N router, you'll be happy with the WRT160N, especially considering you can get it online for $80 or less.

Overall, the WRT160N is much like Linksys' wrt320n router, minus the support for the 5Ghz band and Gigabit Ethernet. Nonetheless, it retains the same compact and sleek-looking UFO-shaped design with internal antennas.

I have 2 in College, some online courses. My husband and I use our computers for business and personal use. My younger kids use their computers for school and friends. The Linksys router WRT160N provides us with a great product to network 8 computers,online, running smoothly 24/7 !
