I just upgraded our old Microsoft wireless router to the Linksys WRT160N Router. It seems to be working perfectly. The set up was a cinch and the range is much better. I was also able to very easily set up the security by myself which I could not do before.

Works great when it will stay working. Every 2 days I have to reset the router in order for it to work again. Very frustrating. Have called Linkys twice but cannot seem to get this problem resolved. After doing some reserch it seems to be a problem with many people who are using verizon dsl. I have... review »

If you're looking for a simple workhorse Wireless-N router, you'll be happy with the WRT160N, especially considering you can get it online for $80 or less.

Overall, the WRT160N is much like Linksys' wrt320n router, minus the support for the 5Ghz band and Gigabit Ethernet. Nonetheless, it retains the same compact and sleek-looking UFO-shaped design with internal antennas.

I have 2 in College, some online courses. My husband and I use our computers for business and personal use. My younger kids use their computers for school and friends. The Linksys router WRT160N provides us with a great product to network 8 computers,online, running smoothly 24/7 !
