Linksys WPC100 Review

I bought the Linksys WPC100 RangePlus Wireless Notbook Adapter for my Dell laptop and I must say that I am completely satisfied with the performance. The Linksys WPC100 RangePlus Wireless Notbook Adapter is the mid level wireless adapter. It easily allows you to wirelessly connect to the internet. It offers 128 bit encryption that helps keep your information safe while surfing the web. 

What I liked most about the Linksys was how easy it was to install. You simple slide the wireless card into the laptops wireless slot. Cisco, which is the maker of the Linksys has pre-programed the adapter with on screen instalation instruction. These instruction pop up after inserting the adapter. The directions are very simple and walk you through the entire of the installation process.

This adapter comes with a one year limited product warranty on parts and labor. I have had my Linksys for seven months now and the only con is that it does not insert completely into the laptop. It is designed that a portion sticks out of the side of my laptop which is sometime awkward.
