Pros

    invisible under clothes, stop leaks from happening, can be sterilized in boiling water, can be worn in water

Cons
    Hurts to peel off of sore nipples, wear out

LilyPadz Non-Absorbent Nursing Pads — 

These are a really neat alternative to cloth-like breastpads. 

 They work well, and it's nice to not have the pad slip around in your bra all the time.  It's great to not leak, and have wetness on your breast all day.

 

But-they have to be washed to regain stickiness after 3-4 times wearing them.  They wear out after a few months and you have to buy more.  And, the reason I quit using them, is it HURTS to peel them off of a sore nipple!!!!!
