The Lily Padz nursing petals are a great product.  It seems like such a waste to buy pads that you are going to throw away on a daily basis, when a product like this is available.  All you do is stick these over your nipples and then go on about your day. Mine never came loose or fell off, they also never leaked. The only issue that I did have is that I would have to be careful taking them off on days when I waited to long to nurse because there would be milk that had collected between the pad and breast.  This happened only a handful of times.  They are so much more comfortable then the paper ones because they do not rub you raw, and they are not bulky and weird looking like the washable cotton kind.  I was able to swim and workout in these without anyone noticing and I had no trouble with leaking.  They lasted a little over a month, I would wash them with clarifying shampoo and let them air dry after every use.  You will no when to buy another pair, because the stickiness will get weaker.  I loved wearing these so much, and they made my choice to nurse so much easier, and definitely more comfortable!
