I drink a glass of this every day, since I had been diagnosed with IBS. at first, it made me a little queasy. after about a week and a half, I felt like a whole new person. I could finally do , well, the things a normal digestive tract allow you to do. The taste definitely takes a little getting used to, however, I mix it with juice a lot of the time. Not only did I get the benefit of getting that part in order, my skin cleared up, I got more energy, and even lost weight. I take apple cider vinegar on a daily basis as well, and it definitely has improved my health dramatically. aloe works from the inside out, and can even help heal anything in your gastrointestinal tract that could be irritated. basically the same way it works when you put it on a cut or burn on your skin. be prepared for things to get a little worse before they get better, your body has to rid itself of toxins before it can improve.
