Hang Loose with Lilo and Stitch

movie buff, enjoy a good Disney movie

I'm not a child or a parent, but I always enjoy a good Disney movie. I read a good word this week that describes me, a kidult. I fell in love with Lilo and Stitch by watching the Disney Channel, and I had to have the movie on DVD. This is the movie that spawned sequels and a television show. Lilo is a lonely Hawaiian girl being raised by her older sister. She gets what she thinks is a blue dog from a shelter and names him Stitch. Stitch is very violent, but Lilo sees the good in him, and they have adventures set to Elvis songs.

Lilo & Stitch is a great movie about friendship and how it can come out the strangest situations. This is one of mine and my children's favorite's and I think it always will be. Stitch is such a cute little alien I don't know how he couldn't captivate everyone's heart. I want one for myself, I wonder where I can find my own alien best friend...
