Lifetime Folding Table - 8 foot - indoor/outdoor Review

My mom had one of these tables when I lived at home and I always used it for projects and crafts.  So when I moved in to my own house I asked for the same table and she got it for me for my birthday.  

This 8 Foot Rectangle Table by Lifetime is made of a sturdy polyethylene material that feels like a lightweight plastic but is actually much stronger than it looks.  The top is a speckled white finish that cleans up very easily.  I just wipe it with a wet cloth and it stays looking good all the time.

The Legs tuck in the bottom and lock in place.  I never have to worry about the legs coming unsnapped when I transfer this from room to room because the leg holders are quite strong.  One the legs are tucked in, the whole table is thin enough to fit under my sofa which is great because it stays out of the way but is still easy to access.  It's lightweight enough that I can drag it from room to room but still too heavy for me to lift over my shoulder or anything like that.

At 29" Tall, this table comes in at a great height for sitting or standing projects.  If you pull up a chair (or in my case a couch) the table is low enough that you can sit and work on your arts and crafts.  But it's also tall enough for working standing up as sometimes needs to be done with crafts.

In the end, it's worth it because it's sturdy.  I've had people sit on this, things piled on it, printers and computers on it and it never gave in at all.  I have no concern about it falling or sinking in the middle.  In addition, it isn't flimsy like some of those old-style folding tables out there.  If you bump it, it doesn't move much and the things on it stay put.  Check out the Lifetime table collection today for all your arts and crafts needs!
