I have been with Illinois farmer's Insurance since I first got my driver's license at age 16.
I have them for my automobile and home owner's policies. In the past few years I have had to file my first claim against my Home Owner'a policy. They were very responsive, and got a claims adjuster from California out to handle mine and a few other ckclaims in the area due to storms and high winds. They allowed me to choose my own company to do the work, and the check was submitted quickly, with basically no hassles. I have now had Geico for almost a year and cannot say enough to praise them. They have the top customer service I have ever had and are so friendly I want to call all the time. I save over $100 just by switching from my old insurance company and when it came time for me to add a car they made it so easy. They even gave me discounts just for staying with them. I don't have to call every 6 months to update or continue my service, they send everything I need to my email or home. They even offer to help me save more money just by telling them some things about me. I would recommend Geico to anyone...

My Allstate agent is Rusty Jack from Marion, Indiana. He is always very helpful and cares that I have the right coverage for my needs. He treats everyone wit great respect and always has his clients best interests at heart. If he can't help you with something, he will refer you to someone who can help. He and his wife Karol are both agents and they are the best as far as I am concerned. he always has time to answer any questions and is available 7 days a week, 24/7.
Progressive
I've been a Progressive customer since 2003. Every time my policy comes up for renewal, I shop around for a better price. In almost seven years, no other company comes close to Progressive for value. This year, I filed my first claim ( a hit and run parking lot incident). Wow, Progressive went above and beyond in working with the police to find the person who hit my car and had my car in the shop within two days for repair. I was beyond pleased with the service I received and would recommend Progressive to anyone shopping for insurance, not only for the price but for the claims service.
Esurance
I financed a used 2005 Grand Prix GT, in October of 2006 and my esurance rate was approximately $146 a month for two drivers. I noted over the last year that my rate was increasing a little each month. I called when the amount reached $172 and I was told that the rate increased due to state taxes. I thought that if they changed the rate, a notification would given to the policyholder, as well as an explanation for it. Perhaps, I am naive. Every six months we receive a Good driver refund check for maintaining a safe driving record. I love the extra unexpected bonus that really comes in handy. USAA Banking and Insurance
USAA is the company that my family has used for insurance for a long time. The only way to have access to this insurance company is if you were in the military or if one of your family members had their insurance through USAA.
USAA has been exactly what my husband and I have needed for auto insurance. My husband previously used State Farm to insure just his car. When we got married he switched to USAA with me. I live in castro valley ca and the statefarm out here have been nothing but helpfull and the office in hayward are right on top of things i have never had to wait very long at all to get one of my questions answered the customer service is get and that reall does say alot about a company it really does !
