I have very low Vitamin B levels and have had to get those pesky shots in my bum many times at the doctors office for a pick me up and to get my levels back to where they should be. I bought this gum from CVS for about 4 dollars a pack and I love that it gives me a boost. The flavor is great for the first few minutes then it starts to taste nasty and leaves a gross flavor in your mouth that I hate but it goes away fairly quick and then you really do get a great boost of energy for hours. There are 12 pieces in a pack, they look like little rectangular hard coated pieces of gum, kinda like chicklets but a pinkish color. They do work, and do taste great for a few minutes. If you are sluggish and need a pick me up during the day try this gum. It's great for me.
