I love using the elliptical because they are low impact. This particular one I think is the most comfortable and allows the rider to have a more natural form. It has many settings and is easy to understand and use. It provides a good workout for both the upper and lower body. With its multiple settings it is a great machine for any athlete or person just wanting to sweat a little bit. One of the down falls of this machine is that it can be noisy and after long periods of time my feet fall asleep. I would recommend this machine to anyone who is looking for a good workout without the impact of things like running. I use it in between my long run days so i can still get a workout but without the impact of running. It gives my body a much needed break .
