I can train or just bike but $3000 is too much to pay.

To the Point

I spent several days in my daughter and son-in-laws new condominium which had a wonderful fitness room. One of the machines I used was the Life Fitness 95 Ci Upright Bike.

This is the type of bike at my gym, an I think its easy to use and gets great results. Its great for somepne looking for a light or intense workout. I think ita as great bike for a person of any age and any fitness level. I use this bike 4 times a week and i think its a great piece of equiptment
