I really love to ride a treadmill. Treadmills help you lose weight. When you ride a treadmill you are going to get tired. You only get on a treadmill and ride it when you have to start it manually, because if you don't most likely you are going to fall. Treadmills can be dangerous. Dangerous is bad. Being in a state of mind that is dangerous you are not in a good frame of mind. Being in a good frame of mind help the idea of excersise. Going for the best frame of mins is good because of the great benefits. It's all in the type of things you walk in the gym wanting to do. If you walk in and already tired then that work out for that day will not go well. I know people don't want to work out but it feels so good to know that people are excerciseing because excesising is good for not only the body but also the soul. Loving to exsercise is not bad in fact it's good, but when you have good and positive influence you know that's the best influence in the world.
