Liberty Mutual has always been a great value in auto insurance.  We insure 5 vehicle and have a teenage boy driving, so cost is a priority to us.  We don't want to spend more than we need on insurance.  A few years ago my daughter's car was totalled by an un-insured motorist.  Thank God she was OK, but we were afraid what would happen with our rates.  Libery Mutual took care of replacing her car and our rates never went up!  We were shocked!  We have checked around with other companies through the years, and no one comes close to their prices.  Their service, promptness and courtesy are second to none!  They carry our home insurance, also.  We had a terrible wind storm a few years ago, left our trampoline on our roof!  The paid for the damages the next day!  We couldn't be happier.
