Liberty Mutual Review

I have had Liberty Mutual for both my car and home insurance for several years now. Truthfully I don't about them often because my payment comes out of my checking account automatically every month. They came to mind today because I recently had to call them for help with an issue. The woman I spoke to was so sweet, patient and helpful that I was reminded that although I have only had to "deal with" Liberty Mutual a couple of times over the last several years, I always have an incredibly pleasant experience with them.

Less than 6 months after moving into my home, the roof of the den basically all but caved in during a heavy rainstorm. I was a brand new home owner and had no idea what to do. I jumped into panic mode. After calming down I called Liberty Mutual. They immediately sent out a company to help with the damage inside the house. The company set up dehumidifiers and were very professional and considerate given my state of mind.An adjuster was out the next day cutting me a check to pay for new carpet,etc. Less than ideal circumstances forced me to have to call Liberty Mutual, but they were outstanding!

The most recent time I had to call them was simply to forward proof of insurance to the mortgage company. Again I had a wonderful experience because of the exceptional customer service that I received. In this day and age customer service is not what it used to be, so I very much appreciate having people be so kind and helpful.
