I had my first encounter with Liberty Mutual while working at a Chiropracter's office. They were the only insurance company that we did not have to fight with to collect payment. That was when I decided to change my current insurance to them. When my car was hit while parked we had to fix it through Liberty Mutual since we didn't know who did the damage. Not only did our policy NOT go up, we took our car to the body shop that we chose (not affiliated with them) and had no problems collecting. Recently their home insurance rates went up and we were notified way in advance of the increase just in case we wanted to find a different insurance. Their customer service does an amazing job at getting you as many discounts as are possible. After over 7 years they never cease to amaze me.
