Liberty Mutual Review

The first time I heard of Libery Mutual was through a conversation with my hairdresser, where she praised them for their swift and courteous handling have her car accident claim.  To tell you the truth I had never heard anyone give praise to an insurance company and say the kinds words that she did, so of course my interest was peaked.  Once I started to do a little investigation on my own I found out that Liberty Mutual was one of the oldest and most reliable insurance companies in the nation.  I have since transferred all of my insurance policies for auto, home and personal property to Liberty Mutual, and I have been extremely satisfied.  The insurance agents are courteous and tend to be very straight forward about what is going to be the best and most affordable policies for your coverage needs.  The first year that I switched I was able to save over $2,000 per year on my auto and home owners policy and I am happy to report that I find the service much more friendly.  I receive communications from Liberty Mutual not just when it is time to renew my policies, but they will contact me just for a checkup on the policy to make sure that I am getting the most for my money and taking into account any changes in my family situation.  Most recently, I contacted them to ask their advice as to how I could save a little more on my homeowners policy so that I could keep my escrow payments the same, and they were quite accomodating and provided me with prompt service; I had a refund check in the mail box within 3 days of my conversation with the agent.  I have also had occasion to use their roadside assistance and towing service and have found it to be up to par with Triple A; this I get as a standard part of my auto insurance policy.
