We had been with Prudential-largely because my husband was an agent for them, and then worked in their corporate offices, but when they sold out the property and casualty lines, we got landed with Liberty Mutual. Basically, I can't complain, but then we haven't had occassion to make a claim or dispute a charge, so I can't really speak to their resolution of things. As I didn't choose them in the first place, I can't really say anything positive about them either. We have little contact with our agent, and basically just pay our premium bills. We seem to do all the work, notifying if there is a vehicle change and so forth....and we got beat up pretty hard when my son got his driver's license, but I am not sure that there is an insurance company out there that doesn't work over the parents of young men....I can't really say anything positive or anything negative, so I guess that makes me neutral....And that is basically how I see them as a company-neutral...kind of gray
