Good service when you never claim anything.

    tooooo expensive, Their employees are vendictive

When you just renew the policy, they treat you very nice. However, once you have claimed couple of times. Their face is not nice any more. Especially when you have argument with them and ask them for explaination. Their attidute turns rudely. I was their customer for over 5 years. And now I black list them and will never consider thier service again.
