Liberty Mutual Review

When calling Liberty Mutual, I have found it very difficult to get through to a person on the phone. Calls get routed to different offices so it is impossible to establish a relationship with someone who you could call "your agent."  I have used Liberty Mutual for years and would prefer to have one person I could contact for policy changes or questions.  A few times I have noted the name of the person I've spoken to and tried to get that person again at a future time but have never been able to reach the person I'm looking for...they are usually out of the office for the week or no longer work there.
