In August 2000 I went out on disability that later turned into filing for Workers Comp Insurance. Liberty Mutual just happens to be my companies Workers Comp Insurance.  In the beginning of my claim I didn't have a problem.  However my claim lasted longer than even I anticipated. My work related injuries included the upper part of my body. Since August 2000 I have had 7 major surgeries.

To make a long story short this year I receive a report from my case manager denying me any futher medical treatments. I am still having the same problems that I had from the very beginning,  now without medical care from Workers Comp. I have Medicare and United Health Care but I can't use my coverage to take care of my Workers Comp Injuries. I would rate them at a level 1.

What am I to do?

I started my claim in mid 2007. Liberty Mutual from Portland oregon... no problems in the beginning, I sent in my latest disability certificate signed by my doctor and they paid me income replacement 2 more times. then out of no where they changed my claims adjuster who changed the rules of the game. instead of getting a check on oct 5th as I was supposed to receive, I received a letter saying my doctor filled out the certificate wrong? she cut me off of my pay I now cant get my insulin I need it was 4 days b4 my 40th b-day which I had a small celebration planned now I have to celebrate 40 next year? her only excuse was "just because one adjuster pays you doesn't mean I have to continue" those were her exact words! Now I have to sue them because somehow they think I self cured my ilment even though their own doctors as well as mine told them I needed surgery and even then it was less than 50/50 chance I would get better?

any idea how to force their hand?
