Liberty Mutual —
I had Liberty Mutual car insurance for a few years, and was always less than happy. I had a car accident and waited a very long time for my claim to be settled. In the meantime, Liberty Mutual sent my Jeep to a Ford garage for repairs. Liberty Mutual required the Ford garage to fix my Jeep as"cheaply" as possible. My vehicle was back twice at the garage for further repairs. (And the 4- wheel drive still doesn't work). i switched to Progressive not to long after this, AND SAVED A BUNCH OF MONEY, and have never had a problem. They are much easier to deal with.
