Liberty Mutual — 

I will have to admit that I am hugely disappointed with Liberty Mutuals full coverage insurance on my vehicle. Not onlt are my premuims over $200 a month, but my deductible is $1,000. I am a self-supported college student and these were the lowest rates they could give me. I recently wrecked my car and although I was able to make my claim quickly and provide them with the necessary info it has taken over a month to get a settlement price on my car. The only positive thing about this whole situation is that they did provide a rental car the day of, however I only had it until they gave me a "totaled" or "not totaled" answer. I have been without a vehicle for over a month. I have paid them over $9,000 in premiums and they only want to give me $1,400 on a prefectly good '03 model cavalier. I am not happy with thier service or should I say lack of promptness. I will be switching insurance companies as soon as I get my check.
