Styling and design are practical. Ladies, it even has a spot for your purse so it isn't flying all over the place. Cup holders, etc - (plenty of places to stash little things you need to grab on a whim.)
Of course the hybrid technology is a start in the right direction for energy. I've gotten anywhere from 17mpg to 29mpg on a tank depending on conditions. Mostly I'm averaging about 23mpg which considering the SUV 4wd I feel is good.

And to top it its hybrid. Although I started seeing poor performance now a days in low temperature, its not something surprise to me. Its does perform very well in summer time.
Great luxury and quality as it comes from Lexus.
My family also fits very well and they love this car too.
