This car rides & handles beautifully, but the little things...

All the big important things about a car--smooth ride, reliability--are present in this Lexus 330, but the little things drive me crazy. The cup holder will not hold my water bottle or my green tea bottle--they just topple over. Thus I have to put the cap on every time or hold it in my lap.

The trunk remote works, but slowly. I have to hold it down 4-5 seconds before it unlocks, and then it doesn't open on its own. If my hands are full, I still must open the trunk lid.

The seat belt receiver in the rear requires two hands to click the belt into place.

Driving this car is like floating in luxury!

I have been a car nut all my life. I have owned some of the best and the "prettiest" cars on the road. I have never had anything like the Lexus ES model. This is true luxury at an affordable cost. The car is amazingly well appointed and rides like you are on air. I have very pleasently surprised by the great gas mileage. The service has been beyond my expectations and while this particular car is relatively new, we have had no problems, not even a squeek. The performance has been exceptional. I love this car. It's comfortable. It's luxurioius. It's pretty. I am entitled to one full size beautiful vehicle in my lifetime. I have graduated from driving a VW Bug, a Toyota Corolla, a used Volvo, and this lovely Lexus.
