I was so excited to finally be getting a printer. My husband was buying it for me for my birthday. So, I picked myself out a Lexmark 2500. It was one of the cheaper printers there was. I used it to print out and copy everything.
About three months after I bought it, it didn't work. I called Lexmark Tech Support. I spoke with the most pleasant fellow. He was extremely helpful. Well, unfortunately the printer wasn't working anymore. Lexmark said that they would send me out another one right away. I'm thinking to myself "yeah right."
Well, to my surprise and relief, I received another Lexmark 2500 printer within 3 days. They even included a new black ink cartridge and a color ink cartridge. They also asked that I send them back the old printer at their expense. Looking around in the box I also came across a pre-paid return label. They were even picking up the expense of shipping it back.
Lexmark called me about a week after I received the new printer to see if I had received it okay and to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
I have had to call Tech Support a couple of times with just questions. I ALWAYS get someone who is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My problems and my questions have always been answered to fullest.
If you need a printer. By all means go Lexmark. I guarantee you will be one satisfied customer. I still have my Lexmark and I will always remain a loyal and true Lexmark customer.
