Lexmark X2470 All in One Printer Review

With the high prices on ink cartridges I usually have one plan.. buy a clearance printer at walmart and use it until it runs out of ink. Then go buy an other clearance printer. I bought my lexmark on clearance, but have had it for about 4 years. It has been a really good printer.

The scanner/copier works well and print quality and speed are good. We print web pages, pictures, coupons, maps, etc.

After 4 years the printer is starting to wear and the pages don't feed quite straight. All in all I've more than gotten my money's worth on this one.

As with any printer the con is the price of the ink. The printer uses one color cartridge that runs about 24 dollars. If this printer had both color and black ink cartridges it would have been the perfect printer.

It was a great buy and I would definitely consider buying an updated version of this same printer as a replacement.
