my family has used the lexmark x75 for 5 years now. It worked great at frist and now recently it seems that the ink printers have become clogged or woren out. although It still seems to be feeding paper and printing. it prints nothing on the paper now. I have replaced the cartrages with new ones and done all the trouble shooting i can. still I have nothing. on the plus side, I still have a great scanner. I use it regularly. but I soon will have to replace the whole system because of technical errors I can not fix. beware lexmark x75 owners. nothing lasts forever

This printer is very useful and efficient. The kids use every day to do their homework and my husband for office work and I print my favorite photos or share them using the scan. A great printer that is worth its price.

The Lexmark X75 was my first printer ever. I've had it for over 5 years and it still get's the job done. Unfortunately after about 3 years I was having difficulty having the paper feed into the printer. I'm not too sure the normal lifespan of a printer, so maybe it was just getting too old. Although I still have the feeding problem I still use it because it still prints pretty well. The scanner part of the all-in-one recently started acting up and now makes an odd noise when being used, but I, personally, don't have a problem with it since I don't use the scanner too often. Another downside is the ink cartridges don't last too long and are really pricy. Then again that could be because I'm still a student and print out lots and lots of homework, papers, and class notes.

My Lexmark x75 PrinTrio is a great portable printer copier combination.  It was not too heavy to haul from dorm to dorm throughout my college career.  The three colours plus black ink option allowed me to print text and colour graphs for classes without running out of ink too quickly.  However, I felt the ink level indicator was not accurate and I received warnings to change my cartridges long before they needed it.  I also thought it was backward that when the ink ran low I had to set the printer to a higher quality in order for the text to be readable, setting it to a lower quality or draft quality would go through the motions of printing without producing anything.  I also had trouble with the power cord to my printer.  I am not sure if this was a product wide flaw, but if I was not very careful to insert the power adaptor into its slot _just_ _right_ my printer would not work.  Sometimes I could tap on the adaptor to realign it and other times it would flash the power light on and off, on and off.  At one point I wedged the adaptor in place with cardboard so the connection would stay secure.  But other than that power cord issue, this is the best colour printer I've dealt with.  One last remark, this printer was not Vista compatible in 7/2009.

The lexmark all in one printer (x75) does a nice job printing when the ink cartridges are new.  The ink is expensive and seems like it dries out in stead of running out of ink.  Sometimes they have to be cleaned within the first week of installing new cartridges.  I tried refilling the cartridges and that was a waste of money. I do like that it is a copier,scanner and printer.  Somethings copy better than others.  I have not been happy with pages copied from books ( I'm not sure if they even make this printer any more) It was part of a computer bundle.  I would make sure I check the price of ink cartridges for any printer I was thinking about buying.  I would buy another three in one again but not this one.  I have just spent to much money replacing cartridges.  Also two much time cleaning them.

I have had my Lexmark X75 All-In-One-Printer for about 4 years & I just love it.  It has only 5 buttons on it & therefore it is so simple & easy to use.  It is very dependable & was very reasonable.  In fact, the price is why I bought it in the 1st place.  The only thing is the cartridges  I think are expensive, as I buy only the OEM, I do not trust the refurbished ones.  For an at home printer is is great, I have never had a problem with it in the years I've had it.  I was leary at first because I thought it didn't have enough gadgets or buttons to do what it said it was going to do, but I couldn't be happier with the results.

I have had my Lexmark X75 for over a year with no issues whatever!  And that is saying a lot because it really gets a workout with my volunteer work for our local humane society.  You cannot beat the product for the price.

The Lexmark X-75 All-in-One has been reliable and dependable for over four years!  I have used it for just about everything--as a copier, a printer, and a scanner.  It has never disappointed me.  Although the ink is expensive, I've gotten a pretty good quantity and quality of printing out of it.  Also, the replacement ink cartridges are readily available in many stores, (even the neighborhood drugstore.)  When I've used it to print photos on photo paper, it has done a great job and the color is fantastic!  I've framed some of the prints and the color has held up for quite some time without fading at all.  Sometimes the color when printing on regular printing paper is not quite exactly to same as how it appears on the screen; but, all-in-all, it's very close.  In comparison to other printers I've owned or used, it's definitely in my top three favorites!  (And that's including printers that I've used in an office setting!

I have found the Lexmark X-75 trio printer to be out standing in it's category.Even though it's not the best, it has proven to be the best for my needs.I like the features of having the FAX at home and not having to go out to do so.The color prints come out very well and will take a majority of different paper.The set is as easy as you can get and up and running in minuites. I would sugest a Lexmark product to all beginers.I would give a 100% on yhis product.Also repair on this product is handled by most computer shops.
