This printer was not worth the gas to get to the store to buy it, let alone actually buying it. It used up ink very quickly and replacement ink is anywhere from $18 to over $40. Plus, within a few months it would not feed paper into it right. It started feeding paper only from the right corner of the paper and would not grab the left corner of the paper until the page was already half in. The prints came out crooked and unreadable, or not at all from the paper jamming from the paper loading crooked. I contacted technical support and they had me tear it apart and clean it and swore that was the only problem. However, after tearing it apart and cleaning it, and then re-assembling it, the same problem still existed. I contact technical support again and all they kept telling me was to keep cleaning it, I must not have cleaned it right the first time, or that I must have put it back together wrong. They never did admit that something was wrong with the printer, and insisted I must be why it did not work right. After months of trying to get help from the technical support department, and complete refusal to replace the product I gave up and threw it away. I would advise against Lexmark products as technical support is very unhelpful, and downright rude, and their products do not seem to work correctly for long.
