great medicine if you have anxiety.  only draw back is when you first start taking it you most likely will get very tired but does help with anxiety. it isn't addictive and i've noticed no bad side affects just the tiredness so recomend taking pill at night time.  have several friends that would also recomend this pill.  it's good it's good it's good it's good.
