Before I started taking Lexapro I was a ball of nerves and having panic attacks almost daily. At any given minute of the day the very worst case scenerio was playing out in my head and it was starting to interfer with my relationships, my health, my sleeping patterns and my job. I needed help in a major, major way. My therapist suggested Lexapro which was pretty new at the time. I wasn't expecting much because I'd taken Paxil before and it didn't help me. Lexapro, however, has proved to be my miracle drug. My coworkers noticed a change in me from the very first day. It never made me feel sick, the sexual side effects were not as bad as with Paxil and my life has improved 100% since I began taking it. If you suffer from anxiety I highly recommend you give Lexapro a try.
