I didn't realize what a bear I had become. Lexapro has completely eliminated both my physical and mental anxiety and depression symptoms and has made me a much more pleasant person. It does tend to make me sleepy, even after having taken it for a year, so I do recomend taking it right before bed rather than first thing in the morning.
