I didn't think I was ever going to get to wear "real" jeans. My mom thought those were a sign that someone didn't have enough money to buy real school pants. I did, finally, beg enough to get a pair of Levi Stauss jeans. Oh joy!
As a teen, I did not fit in girl jeans. The butts and thighs were too big - still are. The jean man fixed me up with Levi 505 from the men's department. He didn't even mention they were men/boy jeans. He just handed me pants until we got a fit. Service was ever so much better way back when.
Once I got a good fit, I just knew to go get "red tab" Levi jeans at Thread Shed....
review »While not my favorite jeans, Levi 505 ARE a classic. (Button up is my preferance, but zipper is a good alternative to no clean button ups in my closet)
I am a jean wearer. I do my fair share of skirts and dresses, but I'm most comfortable in a good pair of fashionable jeans, and I find the Levis fashionable.

They are durable, long - lasting, and very comfortable. They do not fray easily and are easy to wash. They do not get stiff or lose their quality after a lot washing.
