The music featured during both workouts are Christian Inspired. My favorite time to workout to this fitness dvd is on Sundays. The total workout time for the one mile walk is 21 minutes long. The total time for the two mile walk is 37 minutes long. Leslie Sansone is a very motivational fitness instructor and if you put in the work and effort you too will see results like I have.
