The Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds series is great for anyone. I have several, some incorporate 2 lb hand weights, and some a resistance band, and some are just basic walking. The really great thing about all her videos, is you can modify them to your abilities. If you can't kick too high, or lift your knees or arms too high, than you just do the best you can. So they are great for many different fitness levels. The one mile is about 15 min, the two mile 30 min, the three mile 45 min, and the four mine almost 60 min. That one is quite a workout! But you can start with the one mile, and work your way up. The two mile ones are great for your 30 minutes a day. And the ones that incoporate the weights and resistance bands are really nice for upper body toning. If you want a longer workout, you can move up to the three and four mile ones. There is also a Kick and Walk one that is a really good aerobic workout, too. I think anyone who tries her videos will find that unlike other fitness videos, you will not be discouraged. These are really doable, and will give you a good workout.
