If you are looking for a strenuous workout, and a sure-fire way to lose those unwanted pounds, gain strength and stamina, and boost your cardio-vascular performance, then you should consider purchasing the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds: Walk and Kick video. It is easy to follow, and you can pace yourself until you feel comfortable enough to keep up. The people in Leslie's video are real people - just like you and me. They aren't models or perfect figured people. Yes, they look fit - but that's because Leslie's workout works! Sometimes it does get a little tedious, doing the same workout, and listening to the same dialogue. I solve that problem by putting my favorite music CD on once I've learned all the moves. This gives it an extra "twist" because I feel like I'm dancing instead of exercising! I wouldn't suggest doing it this way until you have mastered all the moves, and learned Leslie's technique. She is amazing, and you will hurt in places you never knew you had! Don't they say, "No pain, no gain?" :)
