I have purchased many work out videos, and I have had many problems with the majority! One problem is that they're too complicated! I either can't keep up, or the moves are so difficult- I feel like a circus monkey before I am half way thru! Another problem I have is it's too much and I end up hurting for 2 days or more- and I end up loosing interest quick! read full review »I like Leslie's three mile walk although she does have other DVD's/VHS that are one and two miles. The three mile walk is enough time to warm up, get your heart speeded up, some weight training with a stretchie band, and then a cooling down period. Four easy steps is a great way to get your heart rate going without being lost in crazy aerobic moves. It's not a dancing exercise, but a walking exercise. This is great for people starting out to establish an exercise routine as it is not too difficult and she shoes you ways of doing things to stay moving if the movements are a little too much...
