I have purchased many work out videos, and I have had many problems with the majority! One problem is that they're too complicated! I either can't keep up, or the moves are so difficult- I feel like a circus monkey before I am half way thru! Another problem I have is it's too much and I end up hurting for 2 days or more- and I end up loosing interest quick!
