I like Leslie's three mile walk although she does have other DVD's/VHS that are one and two miles. The three mile walk is enough time to warm up, get your heart speeded up, some weight training with a stretchie band, and then a cooling down period. Four easy steps is a great way to get your heart rate going without being lost in crazy aerobic moves. It's not a dancing exercise, but a walking exercise. This is great for people starting out to establish an exercise routine as it is not too difficult and she shoes you ways of doing things to stay moving if the movements are a little too much for some people. I would recommend this to anyone! I did this during my pregnancy and everything went well. It wasn't too strenuous but it did the trick to lose some weight and tone muscles, especially in the arms! Give it a try and you'll be surprised how easy it is! Everybody knows how to walk, and that is the basic premise of this tape! Good luck!
