I have purchased many work out videos, and I have had many problems with the majority! One problem is that they're too complicated! I either can't keep up, or the moves are so difficult- I feel like a circus monkey before I am half way thru! Another problem I have is it's too much and I end up hurting for 2 days or more- and I end up loosing interest quick! When I heard of Leslie Sansone- I was not too thrilled about marching in my living room, but a girlfriend insisted I try it out, and I am glad I did! I was very impressed with the different moves! She gets you sweating! Leslie Sansone also talks to you through out the whole video so you always know what moves are coming and that makes it fun and easy to follow along!
There is so much I love about these videos- but the most important thing is that when I walk on my tredmill for 45 minutes at a fast speed- I burn maybe 200 calories and I walk about 2 miles. But in her 45 minute routine- I am walking 3 miles and burning a lot more then 200 calories!! I am also engaing my upper body and my core muscles! You just can't do that balancing on the treadmill- or even walking down the street!
Lastly Leslie has chosen a group of women (and usually one man) to work out with her- and they are real! Each one has a testimony of their own! Sometimes in her videos she shares how much weight each person has lost! That is very encouraging! I have to say- it keeps me going- knowing that her videos has helped countless others!
I recommend any of Leslie Sansone's videos to anyone- any size and any shape! These videos are seriously easy- but I promise event the best of athletes will sweat- because as you get more fit- she challenges you- no matter how many times you have seen the video!
