Leslie Sansone walk at home is a great DVD, I had not exercisied in a while , saw this in the store, picked it up and have not missed a day of "walking" ever since! It's easy to follow and she doesn't make you feel guilty if you can't do as much as they can in the beginning. It's the best I have ever tried!! It does not take much room in your home to follow her and the music is great also!!
