Walk Away the Pounds for Abs is a wonderful workout. A belt is used for your AB's which I don't have, but I do use a stretch band in it's place and I can really feel the difference. Some of the people on the video don't use the belt at all so it's not a requirement. There are four basic steps and it's very easy to follow. It has 3 workouts on one DVD. The one mile, 2 miles and 3 miles. So you can mix them up and use part of each workout if you choose. I have told other people about her exercise DVD's and a lot of my friends have now purchased other video's of hers. I also have another one which I like to use too. I never get bored and the time and miles just fly. I'm always amazed when I'm all done and how great I feel. The 3 mile only takes 45 minutes so you can plan on long you want to exercise. Plus you don't need to leave your home and is more convenient to pop in your
DVD player at any time you wish to exercise. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to get a good workout.
