Cosby's super spy; Leonard has a James Bond kind of souped up car, a butler played by Tom Courtney who's kind of like Sir John Gielgud in Arthur, but the comedy is slapsticky and crude. Leonard gets soup thrown on his head. Leonard makes funny faces. Leonard has to get through a bunch of soap suds rolling down a stairwell.
Gloria Foster plays Medusa Johnson and she's going to take over the world by turning domestic pets likes frogs and rabbits into vicious murderers.
Leonard is retired. His last five missions are too secret to ever reveal and he's rich, owns a four star restaurant, has a nice family and is trying to get a date with his ex-wife. He's not too interested in playing secret agent anymore.
The goverment finally convinces Cos.. I mean Leonard to leap back into action. There he is in a silver jumpsuit and pink ballet shoes. There are lots of Coca Cola product placements throughout the movie.
The slapstic adventures are dull. The music is all over place and includes familiar things like the Theme From St. Elsewhere playing when Leonard operates on himself.
Cosby seems bored by the movie he is in and also tired. He doesn't have much charisma or energy.
You won't have much fun with this one either. It's a turkey and no fun.
