This is an outstanding item. I have owned other video docking units and I have always had problems with the USB ports, or the video staying docked. Not with Lenovo, I plugged it in and it worked immediately. I never even loaded the drivers that came with it. I love the Video output DVI, that way I can utilitze my external monitor the way it should be used. USB Hub: 4 USB 2.0 Host interfaces so you can connect additional devices. You can also connect the interect thru your VDK8726. It supports Windows 7, Vista and XP. It will support all IdeaPad and is compliant with other brands, It has an earphone and microphone interface. This will be hte best money you ever spent if your looking for a video docking station! Its nice looking and cheaper than many of the others out there but bottom line is it works!
